“We chose The Westbury assisted living facilities for mom and dad because of the positive and helpful attitudes of the employees during our tours, which agreed with what we had heard about the staff elsewhere. Our experience after 7 months has completely agreed with our preliminary assessment. Westbury has caring and helpful staff. There are so many great ones, but a good deal of the credit goes to Sihreta Jones, the Director of Wellness. She has gone well out of her way to suggest creative ways of delivering quality care for my mother, communicating with her staff on best procedures and always being available to discuss any concerns or questions I may have. Sihreta, and the staff she’s hired, trained and supervised, simply do a great job.”

“My mother has been a resident of Westbury Senior Living’s Assisted Living unit for more than two and half years. She first came to the facility when early dementia made it unsafe for her to continue living independently. During her time at Westbury, she has received excellent care, and she expresses positive feelings about the facility, staff, activities, and meals. As her dementia has progressed, the wellness and support staff has been proactive in identifying her changing needs and reaching out to our family. We have worked closely and regularly with Sihreta Jones (Westbury’s Director of Wellness) and value her honest and thoughtful guidance on how best to help my mother be happy and healthy. We also appreciate how Amy Byergo (Westbury’s Regional Executive Director) has been able to sort out and resolve long term care insurance paperwork filing issues and make that process seamless for the family.”
