Each August, The Westbury participates in the Great Place to Work Survey. This is a time when staff can be open and honest about their feedback. A third party collects the data, ensuring it remains truly anonymous. It is so important for us to hear the good, the bad, and the ugly. As the Assistant Executive Director, I am committed to actively promoting employee appreciation. We consistently take time to recognize our hard-working team members, encouraging them to join in for games, snacks, and camaraderie during work hours.
